The Libido Project
We recently met Dr Michel Jemec, director of ProCrea fertility clinic in Lugano, Switzerland. Read the interview here. Jemec believes there’s a link between LH (luteinising hormone) and female libido and says this is why we often feel horniest at ovulation (mid-cycle) when LH is naturally at its highest level.
So to help him with his research we volunteered to chart our libidos for 50 days and need more contributors to do the same. It’s not complicated and doesn’t involve checking your temperature like natural family planning, you simply need to keep a record for 50 days starting on the first day of your period and note down the days when you feel like having sex or masturbating.
Once we have enough diaries we’ll pass the info on to Dr Jemec to form part of his book research. All data will be kept confidential.
