The Vitality Show opened today in London and is on until Sunday 21st March. I had intended to go today but that fell through so I’ll go on Sunday with a girlfriend. It’s an inspirational day but requires planning: make a list of what you want to see and do, talks and workshops of interest, and plan your day around that. Get there early so you don’t have to queue for too long (pre-book your ticket), wear comfy clothes and flat shoes, carry a backpack, and take plenty of snacks and water as the food can be expensive. Carry enough cash for the day. There are limited cash machines and you don’t want to spend the day queueing to use them.
If you can afford it book a pamper package via Lastminute, and make a weekend of it. That way you can continue the pampering in a nice hotel when your feet have had enough.
