I can hardly move today – sooo stiff in my thighs and bottom. I swapped the jog for a workout with Davina as the weather was so shitty last night. I was looking after Julieta so couldn’t get out and needed to do something physical. Her Super Body DVD is an excellent workout and has different routines for thighs, abs etc. I did the abs one, and can really feel the benefit. I’ve been aware of my posture and sitting tall all day. Next on my list to try is Tracey Anderson’s workout (Madonna & Gwynnie’s personal trainer), which is more Pilates-based, so good for core strengthening and toning the more difficult to reach muscles for that long and lean look.
